Equipment return form

Astound appreciates your efforts to return our equipment. Please fill in the information below to obtain a pre-paid FedEx shipping label. If you have multiple packages, you will need to repeat this process to obtain additional labels. Please note your tracking number for your records.

Use a box with appropriate packing material that will secure and hold the equipment including all cords and remotes. Affix the FedEx label to your package and drop the equipment off at any FedEx service center: Click Here For Locations.

Missing cords, remotes and/or damaged equipment may be charged to your account. Additional services provided by FedEx such as charges for boxes, packing and or home pickup, are the responsibility of the customer. Your account may be charged for each piece of unreturned equipment. The charge will vary depending upon the make/model. Once the undamaged equipment is received by Astound, the charges to your account, if billed, will be reversed.
