Requests for money back must occur within 30 days of installation or change of service. Customers must not have subscribed to applicable service within the previous 90 days. Limit of one money back request per eligible service within a single 90-day period. Customers who continue to have other Astound Broadband services will receive a credit on the next available billing statement. Customers who cancel all services will receive a credit to be applied against any outstanding account balances, if any, and shall receive a refund for any remaining amount.
