All partners must meet Astound’s eligibility criteria and complete onboarding.

Training is delivered primarily through virtual in-store visits and other training formats.

Authorized Partners will earn compensation for each verified new customer activation. Compensation amounts vary by product type and promotional period.

Authorized partners will use the Astound sales order entry tool to quickly and accurately submit customer orders through a single platform. The benefits are:

• Streamlines the sales process with real-time validation, pricing, and promotions
• Reduces errors and order fallout, improving sales velocity and close rates

Astound will provide to their authorized partners:

• In‑store signage, posters, counter cards, door clings
• Promotional flyers

Authorized Partners will be supported by Astound for all initial and ongoing training, sales support, questions, and escalation needs.

Astound manages all installation, billing, and ongoing customer support. This allows authorized partners to focus solely on delivering a great in-store customer sales and service experience

Authorized Partners should ensure customers understand timelines and equipment needs.

Yes, authorized partners are expected to consistently meet or exceed minimum sales performance targets, and:

• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above required thresholds
• Actively manage performance gaps and execute corrective actions
• Uphold Astound brand standards through quality customer interactions

Authorized partners are governed by the terms and conditions of their contractual agreement with Astound. Any type of action to remove an authorized partner will be taken by in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contractual agreement.
