RCN2GO & Grande2GO TV Apps

At Astound Broadband our goal is to provide options for the latest technology along with a TV experience that gives you choice and control over how you watch your favorite content. From time to time, as technology evolves, older products and services are no longer able to be supported.

As of June 1, 2023, RCN2Go and Grande2GO are no longer available for use.

This change is due to our technology partner no longer providing support for the web interface or the mobile application.

The good news is you can still watch the content you want on the go.

What does this mean for my TV service?

You will continue to have access to TV Everywhere content. You will need download or view content through the individual network apps – apps like NBC, TBS, ESPN or other popular networks you watch regularly.

You will use your RCN2Go or Grande2GO login and password to access the content. There is no impact to your channel lineup, on demand library, or any set-top boxes within your home.

You will no longer be able to remotely schedule DVR recordings through these apps.

Is there another app available?

Our Astound TV+ app is available; however, you need our latest TV equipment to access it.

What equipment do I need to get the Astound TV+ app?

To access our Astound TV+ app, you’ll need our latest TV equipment.
 
Our latest TV equipment combines live TV, streaming apps, music, games, 4K, DVR, On Demand, voice remote and the latest TiVo® Experience — delivering a magical entertainment mix right to you.

How do I get new TV equipment?

You will need to reach out to us to review your existing TV package and equipment.
