How to create your account
Ready to manage your account online? Creating your MyAstound account only takes a few minutes.

There are a few places where you may find your account number:
In an email from Astound
Depending on your method of purchase and service type, you may have received an email with your account number. Account numbers are often included in order confirmation emails. Search you inbox for an email from noreply@astound.com. If you received assistance from a customer care representative by email to complete your order, please see the information they provided to you.
At the top of your paper bill
Your account information is shown at the top of your bill if you receive your bill by mail.
Can’t locate it? Contact us. We’d be happy to assist you.
Step 2
You will be prompted for a PIN on the Security Check page. If you receive a paper bill, it will be located at the top near your account number as shown above. In some cases, you may also have received it in an email from Astound. If you are able to locate your PIN, enter it and click the submit button to proceed.
If you do not have a PIN available to you, see the Account PIN help section below for an alternative method to secure your account and continue set up.
Account PIN help
To request a secure link so that you can continue setting up your account, follow the “click here” link on the security check page as shown below.
You will see a page that shows a partial email address on file that matches the account number you entered. If it looks correct, continue by clicking the button that says “Secure My Account”.
We’ll then send an email with a link that allows you to continue setting up your account.
