You will be asked to enter your account number, followed by answering the security questions you previously selected OR entering the six digit PIN listed on your most recent bill. Once submitted, you will receive an email with your username and a link to reset your password.

Yes, your current username and login will continue to work for Astound TV+ as well as other TV Everywhere apps you may use to access content online and on the go.

(Astound TV+ access depends upon video equipment and services subscribed to. Customers must have at least one IPTV set-top box and Astound Internet to access Astound TV+).

As we are now Astound Broadband, we are updating our tools with our new name and look. You will still be able to access the great features you are currently using like managing your bill and accessing other helpful links.
