1. Child Pornography
The RCN Access Service may not be used for the transmission or dissemination of video, images or any other content that contains, depicts or portrays child pornography.
Any use of the RCN Access Service or the RCN.com website in connection with child pornography is illegal and violates RCN’s Acceptable Use Policy and Internet Access Agreement.
If you have reason to believe that you have encountered anything concerning child pornography, please report this matter immediately via either of the following methods described below.
- Report your complaint directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s Cybertipline at http://www.cybertipline.com/; or,
In all instances in which you believe you have encountered child pornography on the RCN.com website or RCN Access Service, please submit (i) a copy of the URL or link containing the offensive material, and (ii) the date, time and time zone that the offensive material was discovered.
RCN will process your complaint accordingly and, if necessary, report the circumstances to the appropriate authorities. If necessary, RCN reserves the right to remove, block or cease distribution of the content that is the basis of the child pornography complaint.

The Grande Access Service may not be used for the transmission or dissemination of video, images or any other content that contains, depicts or portrays child pornography.
Any use of the Grande Access Service or the MyGrande.com website in connection with child pornography is illegal and violates Grande’s Acceptable Use Policy and Internet Access Agreement.
If you have reason to believe that you have encountered anything concerning child pornography, please report this matter immediately via either of the following methods described below.

Report your complaint directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s Cybertipline at http://www.cybertipline.com/; or,
In all instances in which you believe you have encountered child pornography on the MyGrande.com website or Grande Access Service, please submit (i) a copy of the URL or link containing the offensive material, and (ii) the date, time and time zone that the offensive material was discovered.
Grande will process your complaint accordingly and, if necessary, report the circumstances to the appropriate authorities. If necessary, Grande reserves the right to remove, block or cease distribution of the content that is the basis of the child pornography complaint.

Wave will process your complaint accordingly and, if necessary, report the circumstances to the appropriate authorities. If necessary, Wave reserves the right to remove, block or cease distribution of the content that is the basis of the child pornography complaint.
