  • Dallas Metro Area: The Lewisville retail store will close early Friday, 1/23 at 3:00 PM and will be closed on Monday, 1/26 and Tuesday, 1/27.
  • Belton/Temple/Waco Area: The Belton and Waco retail stores will be closed on Monday, 1/26 and will have a delayed opening at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, 1/27.
  • Midland-Odessa Area: The Odessa retail store will be closed on Monday, 1/26 and will have regular hours on Tuesday, 1/27.
  • Brownwood: The Brownwood retail store will be closed on Monday, 1/26 and will have a delayed opening at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, 1/27.
  • Austin Metro Area: The Austin retail store will be closed on Monday, 1/26. The San Marcos retail store will be open for its regularly scheduled hours on Monday, 1/26.

Deposits assessed

Deposit for service will be refunded to customer for whichever event comes first:

  • Disconnection of Service or
  • The first bill cycle that occurs at least 365 days after receipt of the deposit

Returned deposit amounts will be applied to the customer account to first satisfy any outstanding monies owed to Astound, including any early termination fees assessed, and will be assessed against monies owed to Astound until this amount is exhausted. Any credit remaining after all Astound debts have been satisfied will be refunded to the customer.
