BOSTON, Mass. — Nov. 19, 2025 — This holiday season, Astound is proud to partner with Marine Toys for Tots to help bring joy to children and families in need in Greater Boston. Through this partnership, Astound invites members of the community to join in the spirit of giving by donating new, unwrapped toys at any of three drop-off locations:

All locations are open to the public and donations will be accepted from now through December 16.

The Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, founded in 1991, supports this mission by raising funds, purchasing toys, and providing logistical and promotional support.

Astound encourages employees, customers, and community members alike to participate by donating toys for children of all ages. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference.

Princeton, N.J. — November 4, 2025 — Astound (“Astound” or “the Company”), a recognized leader in internet, Wi-Fi, mobile, TV and fiber-optic solutions, today announced a leadership succession strategy to build upon its foundation as a trusted broadband and fiber provider and help accelerate its strategic expansion.

Astound has hired a new Chief Executive Officer, who will be announced and step into the role in the first quarter of 2026. This appointment comes after a thorough search process, focused on finding a candidate with deep residential and enterprise broadband experience across large-scale, diverse metropolitan markets across the country. As part of this transition, John Feehan, Astound EVP and Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, and will serve in this capacity until the Company’s new CEO assumes the role next year. Feehan succeeds Jim Holanda, who will remain at Astound as a Board Director to ensure a smooth transition through next year.

The new permanent CEO will build on Astound’s momentum by growing its high-capacity, fiber-powered network and further enhancing customer experience by investing in operations and new products, particularly following the successful completion of its comprehensive refinancing and securing of over $400 million of new equity and debt capital, announced in July.

Newport, OR – October 15, 2025 – Astound, a recognized leader in WiFi, mobile, TV and fiber-optic solutions, today announced that is has completed construction of Newport’s first fiber optic network, bringing the community’s more than 5,000 homes, along with 900 business and commercial locations, easy access to symmetrical internet speeds of up to 5 gigabits per second.

Astound invested $4.6 million to complete approximately 55 miles of new fiber infrastructure throughout Newport. Along with all homes in the community, the area’s ‘anchor institutions,’ such as government buildings, schools, fire houses, libraries, and clinics, can also access the network. In addition, Astound has included more than 300 South Beach area homes in the fiber build, upgrading the hybrid fiber-coaxial (HFC) that was previously in-place. Astound engineered the network with a combination of above- and below-ground construction.

With the new network supporting the fastest connectivity speeds Newport has had to date, area households can now work, stream content, play games, and browse at lightning speeds without slowdowns, and will have improved reliability, supported by wall-to-wall WiFi 7 technology. Symmetrical speeds deliver equally fast uploads and downloads, especially advantageous for Newport’s remote workers, who often engage with video calls and content creation. Residents can also enjoy 4K streaming that enables anyone to watch their favorite shows in ultra-high definition, with little to no interruptions or pauses for loading.
