Frequently Asked Questions

We’re upgrading our fiber-powered network in a myriad of ways; during this time, some work may be obvious to customers and other work won’t be as apparent. Many upgrade activities occur inside our network, and while not evident, contribute significantly to a more advanced infrastructure.

Service disruptions are not expected during network improvement activities. Our highly experienced teams work as efficiently as possible, taking care to ensure interruptions are avoided.

Even if work is not performed in your area, all customers benefit from the network improvements being made.

If needed, we’ll notify you via email and letter at least one week prior to beginning the work, then again while in progress, and once more after the upgrade has been completed.

If you experience issues accessing the internet, simply restart your modem to get back online.
