Domestic Abuse Survivors May Request a Mobile Line Separation

Astound condemns domestic violence in all forms. We are here to assist survivors of domestic violence (and related crimes and abuse) by ensuring continued access to mobile services. If you are a survivor, a caregiver for a survivor, or a designated representative for a survivor, you may request that Astound separate mobile service lines that are shared with an abuser. This page provides information on how to submit that request.

Line separation requests are confidential, take up to two business days to process, and allow a survivor, a caregiver for a survivor, or a designated representative for a survivor to continue in a current plan or change to any plan offered in the same area, without penalties, fees, or other requirements or limitations.

Request a Mobile Line Separation

To submit a request, fill out the form below.

Under federal law, additional documentation will be required to process your request (except in New York State). Please provide any one of the documents listed below:

You are not required to provide any additional information to submit a request, such as account numbers or account PINs.
