How to Change Your Webmail Password Online

In a MyRCN account:

  1. Click Accounts & Passwords under RCN Webmail in the right navigation bar.
  2. In the Change Email Passwords area, select the email address from the drop down list.
  3. Enter the new password twice and submit.

To Change Webmail Password In Usertools:

  1. Go to http://usertools.rcn.com/
  2. Enter user name and current password.
  3. Enter new password (twice).
  4. The change should take less than 5 minutes to take effect.
