Astound Business Mobile Support
Astound Business Mobile requires Astound’s Internet service for initial activation. Astound is not liable for any disruptions, failure or interruption of service nor makes any guarantee of service such as network outages. Some uses may require a certain plan or feature. Astound Mobile Services provide broadband Internet access service (“BIAS”) bundled with data, voice, texts, and short message service (“SMS”). An increased charge will apply if Astound Internet service is not maintained. Mobile service only available in states Astound operates in. Pricing subject to change. In times of congestion, your data may be temporarily slowed. After 20GB, Unlimited & Unlimited Plus, speeds reduced to 768 Kbps. No rollover data. Astound Business Mobile offers limited “roaming”, where available outside the coverage areas shown, as part of its Service in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. While roaming, you may make phone calls from your Astound Mobile Devices at an additional charge indicated at: https://www.astound.com/business/legal-disclosures/.
