Essential seats are for frontline staff or common areas typically not associated with a person.

  • Handset required with Seat
  • Limited features, no portal access

Call capabilities can be limited to meet your specific requirements per seat.

EXPRESS (Phone, Messaging)

Express seats offer a core set of Unified Communications tools that empower employees and keep them connected. These tools include voicemail, mobility, and SMS. Additional features, such as ConnectNow, Astound’s web conferencing solution, and other advanced features can be added on to meet your specific needs.

  • No handset required with Seat
  • 10 to 100 ConnectNow attendee count (add-on)

  • Office, mobile, or hybrid workers
  • Small, medium, and even large businesses

 
PREMIUM (Phone, Video, Messaging)

Premium seats expand on the core set of UCaaS features included in the Express seat by adding voicemail transcription and ConnectNow (25 attendee count). You also have access to the full complement of features offered today, such as Cloud Contact Center, which can be used by supervisors and managers.
