Quick Fix Tips:

  1. Check your cables. Make sure all cables are plugged in all the way and in the correct ports.
  2. Reboot your router. Unplug and replug the power adapter.
  3. Plug into the Ethernet port. Plug directly into the Ethernet port with the cable that is connected to your wireless router. If Internet works on your computer, then the issue may be your wireless router.
