True Telethon, which benefits critically, seriously and terminally ill children in the Lehigh Valley.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your bids and donations would be most welcome to benefit families within our community.\u00a0 Please consider bidding on your favorite items (they made great Christmas presents) and tune in to tonight\u2019s telethon, starting at 6pm on ATVN and streaming live.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now, it\u2019s time to unveil Astound TV\u2019s 2023 &#8211; 24 winter high school sports season scheduling plans!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Among our highlights for the winter season we will have:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">more teams and more boys basketball games, AND\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">more girls basketball games than we\u2019ve ever had before, AND\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">more boys wrestling matches than ever before in our network\u2019s history, AND\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">we will have TWO girls\/boys wrestling doubleheaders for the first snow, winter weather and negative forecasts altering schedules.\u00a0 Also, as we saw in 2022, the officiating shortage and transportation issues forced schools to make last minute changes to the dates and even normal start times of sports events.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That being said, here\u2019s a look at just SOME of our broadcast plans and planned matchups
